Energy Revolution Fact Check
Website with interactive charts
Climate and energy policy has reached a watershed. The 2015 UN Climate Conference in Paris is expected to define the targets for a worldwide agreement on climate protection and cutting greenhouse gases. In this context, the discussion surrounding the route to be followed by the European Union's climate and energy policy assumes greater global importance.
The Faktencheck Energiewende ("Energy revolution fact check") is available as a summary, fact sheet and website with interactive charts and has the aim of taking the discussion on the future of energy supply to a new level and of introducing relevant arguments into it.
checkpointmedia is responsible for creating the website www.faktencheck-energiewende.at. On the site, the ten charts created for the print version, each of which presents one fact relating to the topic of energy supply, have been adapted and optimised for the web. The site can also be viewed and used on mobile terminals thanks to responsive web design.
