Liechtenstein Museum, Vienna

Info screens and organisation tool

Until 2011, visitors could view the private collection of the royal house of Liechtenstein in the Liechtenstein Palace in Vienna. The collection includes paintings and sculptures from four centuries. In keeping with the atmosphere and style of the building, the main focus is on the baroque era, and the works of Peter Paul Rubens in particular.

checkpointmedia created an organisation tool for coordinating use of the museum’s rooms. Individual rooms can be booked for exhibitions and other events, or for any restoration work that is required, using an internal web-based calendar. Ready-made forms serve as checklists for the necessary preparations: from coordinating deliveries to informing the security firm. In addition, information on events and guided tours are displayed on two vertical-format info screens in the foyer.
