Media technology for the King Abdullah Centre for interreligious and intercultural dialogue

Extension and conversion of the media technology in the "Attic Floor" of the KAICIID.

Extension and conversion of the media technology in the "Attic Floor" of the KAICIID. checkpointmedia revised and expanded the media technology on the upper floor to include numerous new functions and created and implemented a modern design and operating concept for the control panels in the respective rooms. These provide access to the technology, which is mainly located in a central technical room.

The existing technology was reused as far as possible, but the entire facility was completely newly planned and installed. User-friendly scenarios are stored on the control panels to enable untrained personnel to use the room for presentations or video conferences. Experienced personnel, on the other hand, have an extended mode at their disposal that allows full access to the installed media and building technology.

Two small and one large conference rooms can be connected separately or together to form one room. The control or access to the media technology follows the room configuration at the push of a button, so that e.g. volume changes are always possible for combined rooms together.
